My family and I appreciated being there. I have stayed in double room with a very comfy bed as well as a lovely shower for 3 nights. I was met by CARING and exceptional staff at the reception.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The free onsite parking was convenient for us, and the hotel's location near the Promenade made it easy for us to travel in and out of the city on the tram. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were freshly made and delicious.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Our room was immaculate and airy with a comfy bed, hairdryer, as example. The staff was polite, some of the best in Blackpool. The restaurant had hot food.
